To accommodate its 350 employees and mobile collaborators and to meet the exponential growth of its workforce, this digital start-up set its sights on a 5-story building in Boulogne-Billancourt. TALENTSOFT entrusted LES BATISSEURS with the fit-out of its offices.
Having grown in just a few years from start-up status to that of a European leader in its sector, TALENTSOFT was faced with the challenge of structuring its work organization. We therefore supported management in this reflection and, prior to the design phase, in defining the axes of collaboration and interaction between departments. Thanks to this preliminary study, we were able to divide the 4 office levels into high-performance work hubs.
Much more than a simple fit-out project, TALENTSOFT’s offices have concretely supported and optimized the company’s growth.
