Brevo Headquarters Design
A large-scale office design for this first headquarters that embodies Brevo’s corporate culture and values.
In a context of strong growth, the company BREVO called upon the LES BATISSEURS agency to design and execute the premises for its first Parisian headquarters. The 4,000m2 premises, spread over 4 levels, are located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement. The entirely renovated building is BREEAM-in-Use certified. It features numerous vegetated outdoor spaces and offers breathtaking views of the capital.
Spaces designed for productivity
Maison Brevo was designed to optimize user journeys and offer all the necessary productivity solutions for its 400 employees: flex office workstations, meeting rooms on every floor, a dedicated multimedia creation room, a creativity room, living and gathering spaces, and relaxation and concentration areas, all ultra-connected and easy to use.
This organization, based on Activity-Based Working, offers users the possibility to move around and change posture to choose the work environment that best suits their activity. About fifteen meeting rooms were created and equipped with an intelligent video conferencing system. In addition, there are phone booths for 1 to 2 people, allowing employees to isolate themselves.
Numerous relaxation and informal meeting spaces punctuate the work areas. At the heart of the offices, a main living area of 350 m2 offers the functionalities of a 150-seat amphitheater with state-of-the-art sound and video equipment, enabling the organization of large-scale conferences and presentations.
Technological design to optimize international exchanges
BREVO, an international company, envisioned its Parisian House as a hub for global exchanges. The meeting rooms were equipped to facilitate regular exchanges with the entire world. The Sunrise living space was designed to organize corporate events that all international employees can attend remotely.
To facilitate international collaborative work, Maison Brevo has equipped itself with innovative solutions that enhance productivity: intelligent video conferencing equipment in all meeting rooms, touch screen in the creativity and brainstorming room, Wi-Fi-only network access, meeting room reservation application, and internal communication display screens.
To support employees, the company provides an IT Hub, a counter dedicated to maintenance services and IT equipment.
A responsible design
In line with BREVO’s commitment, the LES BATISSEURS agency opted for an eco-responsible approach. All materials and furniture were selected according to strict environmental criteria and sourced locally to limit the carbon impact of transportation. Approximately 25% of the furniture pieces were sourced second-hand.
In parallel, all office design was conceived to minimize carbon emissions by encouraging users to adopt a reasoned approach. For example, only 1 printer was installed in the entire building to encourage employees to move around and limit printing.
To ensure minimal carbon impact, LES BATISSEURS conducted strict carbon footprint accounting to precisely calculate the project’s carbon balance.
An efficient design
Thanks to its Design & Build methodology, its network of partners, its commitment, and its tenacity in this project, and thanks to the involvement of the BREVO teams, the LES BATISSEURS agency succeeded in completing the entire Maison Brevo project in an optimal time of 4 months.
A design that embodies the employer brand
Maison Brevo was designed to fully embody the brand identity and reveal the strengths of the company culture. It thus establishes itself as a springboard for the employer brand, an undeniable asset for retaining and recruiting the best talent internationally.
