Consulting and Support for Workspace Redesign
As part of the evolution of its working methods, DAILYMOTION entrusted LES BATISSEURS with a workspace redesign mission aimed at supporting the transition to a flex office model and enhancing the office’s appeal for employees.
Through an analysis of usage, flows, and team needs, LES BATISSEURS defined an office layout strategy capable of supporting new work practices while promoting collaboration and well-being at work.
The project focused on the workspace design across all floors. An in-depth reflection on floor reorganization optimized layouts, streamlined circulation, and created a balance between concentration areas, collaborative spaces, and informal exchange zones.
By placing usage and the employee experience at the heart of its approach, LES BATISSEURS designed a coherent vision for future work environments, intended to encourage interactions, support collective performance, and sustainably accompany the organization’s transformations.
