Accenture’s teams called upon LES BATISSEURS to address a strategic layout challenge related to the management, storage, and maintenance of their laptop fleet. In a context where IT equipment constitutes an essential work tool, it was necessary to design a solution that was high-performing, secure, and adapted to the operational constraints of IT teams.
To meet this challenge, LES BATISSEURS designed and produced innovative custom furniture, conceived as a true professional tool. This solution integrates several key features: simultaneous laptop charging, secure storage, equipment analysis and diagnostics, as well as an optimized organization facilitating maintenance operations and fleet management. Every detail was considered to ensure efficiency, reliability, and ease of use on a daily basis.
Beyond the design of this technical custom furniture, LES BATISSEURS supported Accenture in a global reflection on the organization of the logistics warehouse dedicated to IT teams. The objective was to optimize workflows, reduce unnecessary handling, and improve the ergonomics of maintenance stations to increase productivity and user comfort.
