As part of its relocation to a new office building operated by WEWORK, QONTO entrusted LES BATISSEURS with the task of office design planning to adapt the spaces to the specific needs of its teams and the evolution of its work methods. The objective was to design a high-performance work environment, capable of supporting the company’s growth while ensuring daily comfort, flexibility, and efficiency.

Following an analysis phase of usage patterns, internal organizations, and employee expectations, LES BATISSEURS conducted an in-depth study of office design plans and optimized the initially proposed open-plan layout. This reflection allowed for improved space distribution, enhanced circulation quality, and the creation of a balance between workstations, meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, and social areas.

Beyond defining theworkspace layout, LES BATISSEURS supported QONTO in evaluating the technical and financial solutions associated with the project.
