The Office of the Future

Les Batisseurs dedicated over 50% of the total office space to social areas that promote and facilitate employee well-being. Our team designed spaces dedicated to parenting, prayer, and yoga. With these numerous large collaborative spaces, we created a symbiosis between the workspace and home, offering a revolutionary example of today’s offices.

A Responsible Workspace

To meet Vestiaire Collective’s environmental commitments, we designed their premises with the aim of reducing carbon emissions. We selected all materials and furniture according to strict environmental criteria and sourced them locally to minimize transportation.

Thanks to the combined effect of local sourcing, sustainable materials, French craftsmanship, and over 60% recycled, upcycled, and second-hand furniture, the renovation generated nearly 3 times less CO2 than a standard office renovation, a measure calculated by the Observatory of Sustainable Real Estate.

AN INSPIRING WORKPLACE

Our design team enlisted two French artists to create a stimulating and artistic atmosphere. Louis Bottero decorated the second floor with a large-scale mural, while origami artist Junior Fritz Jacquet created artisanal lighting from recycled materials.

EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT

A key advantage of this project was the opportunity to collaborate with Vestiaire Collective’s founders and a team of ambassadors to enrich and champion the project. Their involvement ensures better ownership of the space and contributes to the success of the new premises.
