COFFRA GROUP, a multidisciplinary expertise firm (accounting, legal, tax, audit), chose to fit out its headquarters in the heart of the bustling Saint-Lazare business district.
RESPONSIBLE FIT-OUT
Fundamentally committed to its environmental approach, COFFRA GROUP opted for a fully renovated building, HQE certified, in line with its values. Thus, for the fit-out of its professional offices, COFFRA GROUP naturally turned to LES BATISSEURS, specialists in eco-responsible office fit-outs. As part of this project, a strong decision was made to minimize purchases by reusing as much existing furniture as possible.
LES BATISSEURS thus took charge of repairing, transforming, and deep cleaning the existing furniture so that it would perfectly integrate with the new uses and premises. In accordance with LES BATISSEURS’ purchasing policy, all complementary materials and furniture were selected according to strict environmental criteria and sourced locally to limit carbon emissions related to transport.

The LES BATISSEURS agency worked hand-in-hand with the teams to create functional and comfortable spaces, adapted to their daily uses and needs, for and with them. All spaces were designed to optimize the user journey, foster transversality, and facilitate interactions between teams.
