Office of the Future for BNP Paribas Personal Finance
Prospective Study on the Evolution of Customer Relationship Centers
As part of the transformation of its Customer Relationship Centers, BNP Paribas Personal Finance commissioned LES BATISSEURS to conduct a prospective study dedicated to the office of the future.
Given the evolution of work methods, collaborative technologies, and employee expectations, the objective was to envision the layout of tomorrow’s offices and define a sustainable vision for workspaces. This reflection helped identify new uses, anticipate future needs, and rethink the organization of work environments.
LES BATISSEURS supported BNP Paribas Personal Finance in designing a more flexible, collaborative, and user-experience-focused future office. The study integrated innovation, operational performance, training, and well-being challenges to create spaces capable of evolving with the company’s transformations.
This mission relies on our expertise in office-layout, which places people and their uses at the heart of every project.
To conduct this reflection, LES BATISSEURS mobilized its space planning approach: analyzing flows, work methods, and business needs to project Customer Relationship Centers into tomorrow’s uses. Each recommendation was built upon field observations and a prospective vision of hybrid work environments.
This prospective study now forms a strategic foundation for the development of Customer Relationship Centers adapted to tomorrow’s challenges.
